Here's the final flyer for this event....we have a few people coming over from CA for this, and I wanted to make sure they have the corrected dates for the
registration deadlines. Jim had it for 09/01/08 and it is supposed to be
OCTOBER 1, 2008.
The
deadline for the discounted rate on the hotel is 09/31/08, so call even if you're not sure.....you can always cancel it 48 hours prior to the event.
