Man, Frank...the Black Sheep is looking mighty sweet, and the wood interior is perfect. When the PT's came into my head, I wanted a black one, and hubby talked me out of it. DO NOT ask me why I listened to him. I wanted the doeskin color Interior, with some wood in and around it. Let's face it...the black ones were MADE for wood enhancements.
I was the first person to drive the Black Base model that got sent to our dealer in Feb 2000...all it had was Auto and Air. So I turned it down and agonized between Black and Shale Green. Long story short I ended up settling for Silver, but I was okay with it. Just so I had one.
Keep up the awesome tranfromation, it's too cool for school! BTW~ who did you order the wood kit from?

Thanks for the complements Lanette! When I first saw & got the black GT with the tan leather interior, the visions of wood trim interior filled my head! Got the full kit from American Truck N' Auto Accessories (Dash Kit Specialists). They (Charlie) did a great job for me, in that although that the door surrounds were supposed to fit the 2006...... they didn't. Their supplier went to some Chrysler lots, did some measurements, and even filled my request to make the handle surrounds thicker! (This required a special cut of the Real Rosewood) I couldn't be more happy! (But, over $300). "Too cool for School!! We'll maybe not! If I do sell the soonercruiser, I will still be working at the college part-time for a few more years.

Well that set might have cost that much, but it LOOKS like it! The stick on stuff can't compare to an application like yours, it really is "nice and classy".
I'll tuck that info back and I appreciate it.
