Good Morning,
Just getting ready for another day of finding, working, and writing. about PT Stuff. I am kicking around doing a full write up on complete disassembly of a PT starting from the interior out so that if anyone had to take something apart to get at something, they would have a step by step walk through to help guide them through the process. No matter how small the interior panel is, I am going to try to be as thorough as I can be, and anytime any of you see see something impottant I might have overlooked, or have something come up, and need some more information on, please feel free to post, and I would be more than happy to help out any way I can.
After I get done with the interior, I will then start doing write ups on disassembling the exterior, which being a Body & Paint kinda guy, is what I enjoy taking apart and putting back together!
From hanging doors on a PT, removing door handles, emblems, glass, you name it, and I will try n walk you through the process, and once again, if you need anything specific, please post and I'll see if I cant help you out! Also, if you have any tips, or tricks to make something easier, please feel free to post it, and I will add it to the Guide. Absolutely any, and all feedback is more than welcome!
Like I did when I first posted my Detailing Guide, I will be posting steps separately, and then will try to consolidate into a nice neat package. The Interior will be posted in the Interior section, and the Body in the Body Section, and so on. The only thing I am not too great on is the Mechanics such as engine, trans, and so on outside of well known issues, but will try to help wherever I can as always.
So, if you need anything, or have anything to contribute to this project, please let me know! This is going to be a big project, and any any help is well appreciated!
