I am new to this site and new to owning a PT Cruiser. I just purchased a 2005 Cruiser from my 90 year old father. He told me numerous times that it was the best car he ever had and the only way we could get him to stop driving, and he needed to quit driving, was for me to buy his car from him. Well one problem I have with it is the powered seat will not go down. I checked the fuse and it seems to be OK but it won't go down. Does anyone have a suggestion for that?

Will the seat go up??.....and then down a little?
Frequent, to a new user, a person is just not getting as low as one might want.
Especially if you are over 5"10.
The higher seat in a GT or a powered seat is one design drawback.
