Funny story...
Last night, the family and I decide that the perfect antidote to the unseasonably hot October weather (it was 94 degrees yesterday) was to take the Dream Cruiser to Dairy Queen to get some ice cream. So there we are in line at the drive-thru and a woman's voice from behind us says "I love you car!". So I blindly yell "Thanks!" out the window. A few seconds later, my daughter says "Their car looks the same as ours..." and, lo and behold, there is another Series 2 Dream Cruiser behind us in line at Dairy Queen!!
Turns out that this gal had received the car as a hand-me-down from her grandparents and didn't even know that the car was a collector's model. They were partying a bit (hey, it WAS a Friday night...) and weren't interested in too much extended conversation, so they took off shortly after that. But what are the odds of two Dream Cruisers in the same drive-thru in a city of 50,000 people?? LOL
She was driving Dream Cruiser #202 and her grandparents have had it in Fremont CA, but she was with me in Manteca!

#1836 is in Grand Valley Ontario Canada, Sold new in Calgary Alberta Canada. Wendy and I dress her up as the General Lee for the shows.

We have a Tangerine Series 2 #1657 and are in the Antelope Valley, CA.
We would like to know where we can get some standard 17", 5 bolt steel wheels, and if anyone might have a lead on the front bumper assembly.

Hi, I stumbled across your Dream Cruiser registry this evening and wanted to let you know that I bought DC2 #2146 brand new, it has 29,895 miles on it now, and is in great condition. It's a 5-speed because I wasn't going to settle for a slushbox when a manual was available! It was purchased in Auburn, Washington and has been garaged in nearby Bonney Lake. My girlfriend needs a reliable used car she can afford and I need more room in my garage/woodshop for power tools, so I think I just agreed to sell my Tangerine Dream to her. Maybe she'll let me drive it once in a while!

My husband bought #0653 in Feb 2005 from a Infiniti dealer in Nashua N.H. . It was traded in by it's original owner in Nashua. We brought it home to Watkinsville, Ga where it is now my daily driver. #0653 is auto stick equipped, with hand controls and she has 75,000 miles on her. GA License plate "SUZ CRZR" ![]() [/img] |

I just bought 2003 Dream Cruiser # 1132 if you talking about emblem on dash, last four of the car serial number is 9734. Bought in Greenville, SC, now resides in Fletcher, NC.
